I would highly recommend Neal Scholey as more than just a very competent real estate agent. Of course, that is a fundamental qualification and in his case is the foundation or underpinning of all his other strengths that set him apart (in our personal experience) from others we have worked with. Neal clearly is a real estate agent that has a natural calm when fielding all concerns relating to finding the right home for you because he clearly listens to what is said to him about your ideals, and he takes note of dislikes as you move through different showings with him. He is also very up to date with all homes in the area that are available, soon to be available, and being built. Neal was also able to easily field the many questions involved with the process of buying a home that many people just aren’t aware of and the order that they best be addressed. He showed a lot of patience with repeat questions stemming from my poor grasp of the process, so a similar question popped up often. I noted that as we zeroed in on the ideal home we wanted & when some details were not perfect at the negotiation start, Neal calmly and expertly was able to secure for us all the “tending to of details” and helping us cleanly secure the purchase of our home. Finally, it is clear that Neal benefits from a very good relationship with other real estate agents, builders, inspectors, and Title companies because he was able to bring about our closing quickly as we requested right before a major holiday. I am absolutely confident in highly recommending Neal as a go-to agent where you can be assured of the benefits of his competence and relax because it will be clear that he will address every and any question or detail that you are concerned about. Neal does his job exceptionally well and has a great sense of humor the whole time.
